After his inspiring hat-trick against USA to throw England directly in top four of the tournament, whispers about Liverpool wonder kid Rhian Brewster has no stopping to it. He has so far represented England at the U17 international level, playing in the UEFA U17 Euro Championship; held in the year 2017, and also the ongoing FIFA U17 World Cup. Brewster plays for the five times European champions Liverpool Football Club, and is considered as one of the brightest talents at the club. A British by birth, he is a football player of the England Football Association. Position & Style of play Rhian spends most of his time on the field playing as a number 9 with an acute eye for the goal. He possesses a set of quick feet on the field with a talent to run at defenders and get past them at the very least. The dynamic movements he holds, allows him to go down on the wings and make things happen for the team. Brewster joined the Chelsea academy at the young age of seven years. After having played through the junior ranks of his hometown big boys Chelsea for seven years straight; representing the blues since the age of 7 to 14, Rhian moved up a further north from London to begin a new life at Liverpool. Liverpool Academy Days Rhian Brewster made his move to the famous Liverpool Academy being only 15 years old. He started his time with the reds playing for the Liverpool U18s, and scoring 5 goals in 11 appearances (9 starts). Rhian’s impression as a goal scorer was just starting to take shape at the club in advance to Jurgen Klopp watching him score an impressive hat-trick in behind the closed door friendly at Anfield. This marked his start to the new life at Kirkby in a fascinating manner. He went on to represent the reds at the U23 ranks, and debuted against Ipswich Town on January 22, 2017; found the back of the net in the Reds’ 3-0 victory against ‘The Tractor Boys’. He made his debut before the kops in a captivating victory over Tottenham Hotspurs; Liverpool won it with a Kevin Stewart goal. In addition to this, Brewster made 8 appearances (8 starts) for the Liverpool U23s side and netting in 3 goals. He was named in the team sheet twice for the reds in the UEFA youth league. Liverpool First Team Rhian was called up for the first team where he made the bench for the first time ever at just the age of 17 against Crystal Palace on 23 April, 2017.
